I picked it up in Las Vegas. Has a spot for a name tag to pin on. I worked at the pool shop at the Luxor in the 90s and we wore similar shirts so I think it's from a casino.

CONDITION:
Has wear on the edge of the buttons and a hole and thin fabric on the top layer of the fabric. There's another layer of fabric below it so no skin shows through. See photos.
