Not sure what this is but it's definitely cool. Possibly an advertisement for a showing of the horror movie The Beyond or for a concert by NY hardcore punk band Beyond. I'm sure fans of either would dig this piece. You could sew it on the back of a jacket or frame it.

Not sure if the loose strands are intentional or a flaw - no other flaws noticed. See photos.
