CONDITION:
Has some small spots on the front, whatever is in the bill has hardened and cracked in places, and it has foam inside that rotted. I scrubbed it out and sprayed starch inside to help it keep its shape. No other flaws noticed. Has been cleaned and sanitized. See photos.
