These are tagged as 13 but fit tight on me. My foot measures as 29 cm which according to the Vans size chart would be a size 11 but I haven't fit a size 11 in any brand since Jr High School. Nike's size chart has me between a 12 and 12.5. My daily shoes are Vans Sk8-Low in size 12 and are roomy. Putting my Sk8-Low up against these shoes and the soles are the same size. I put a stick inside to measure the inside of the shoe and it measures 30 cm which according to the Vans size chart would be a 12 but 13.5 on Nike's size chart. 

Condition:
Is faded, has staining, nicks in the rubber, the top fabric layer of the insole in one shoe has been glued back down, minor wear on the soles, cracking at the heel collar, and minor separation of midsole at the flexpoint. Has been cleaned and sanitized. See photos.
