To me it looks to me like it depicts the digestive system of a deer. Food goes through the mouth and out the back end. LOL

Condition:
Has two very small holes on both sides of one sleeve and a faint spot on the bottom front. Tag is a Medium but I feel it measures more similar to a modern Small. Check measurements to ensure fit. See photos.
