Is faded/discolored, has a small hole in the outer layer of fabric on the top, and probably stretched out from S/M to XXL or was mistagged - no other flaws noticed. Has been cleaned and sanitized. Tag is a S/M but at 24" in circumference it measures more similar to an XXL according to their size chart. See photos.
